Vacuum filling machine operation method
(1) Check before use: make sure that the 220V/380V power supply of the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the machine before starting, and the grounding wire of the machine chassis. Make sure that the air pressure on the filling machine is 0, 06~0, 08Mpa, check whether each motor, bearing, etc. need to add lubricating oil, it is strictly forbidden to run without oil, and the machine can be started only after normal.
(2) Observe whether all storage tanks have materials at the same time; whether the chain plate is stuck; whether there is debris on the conveyor belt; Whether there is a bottle cap water source, power supply, and gas source in the storage track; whether all reservoirs are switched on; Whether the fasteners of each part are loose can be used normally only after the operation of each part is stable.
(3) Check whether the safety facilities are functioning normally. Ensure that the valve of the reaction tank and the pipeline of the filter device are tightly connected, and the filter cloth of the filter device is intact and undamaged, so as to ensure that there is no leakage under the packaging pressure. Check all connection lines related to the filling machine to ensure that there is no skin breakage and no short circuit and other failures.
(4) Before starting, carefully check whether all water tanks have water, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there are debris on the conveyor belt, whether there is a bottle cap in the storage cap, whether the water source, power supply, and air source are connected, and when the conditions are ready, close the main power supply, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator and emergency stop indicator are not lit, then the starting conditions are met.
(5) Press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling place, after the buzzer three warnings, the whole machine starts to run, into the external washing, rinsing, filling automatic working mode, the shutdown can be pressed at the filling and control box press the stop button, after the shutdown should turn off the main power.
Precautions for filling machine application
(1) There are no foreign objects (such as tools, rags, etc.) in the filling machine equipment;
(2) Regardless of the length of the hair, you should wear a hair mask to avoid hair loss and pollute the material;
(3) All protective objects should be safe and reliable, and it is strictly forbidden to wear clothing (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.) that may be hung by moving parts;
(4) The filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal noise, if there is any, it should be stopped immediately to check the reason;
(5) Do not clean the electrical unit with water and other liquids;
(6) Work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. should be worn during cleaning to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion;
(7) When the machine is running, someone must monitor it, and do not approach the machine with tools or other objects;
(8) Do not allow personnel unrelated to operation to approach the device.
