Machine Details
1. Inlet bottle lacking detecting sensor
The machine is equipped with photoelectric detection of bottle shortage and photoelectric detection of bottle blockage. When there is a lack of bottle at the bottle inlet, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm; When the bottle feeding amount is enough, the machine will start running automatically; When the bottle is blocked at the outlet, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm; After the bottle blockage is removed, the machine will start running automatically.
2. Conveyor and drip gutter
The conveyor belt before and after filling is also equipped with drip grooves to prevent liquid from dripping onto the ground and polluting the workshop.
3. Oil-water separator
The oil-water separator is installed before the main intake pipe to prolong the service life of pneumatic components. The main engine is equipped with air pressure protection alarm device. When the air pressure is too high or too low, the main engine will automatically stop and give an alarm.
4. Protection door
All doors on the machine are equipped with safety door switch and all-round interlocking control. If any door is opened, the machine will not start or stop automatically.
5.Cover lock
All protective covers of the machine are easy to open and close, just press and rotate, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
