The introduction of bottle unscrambler
This bottle unscrambler is composed of an empty bottle hoist, the main machine and a conveyor. PLC is used to organically combine all transmission mechanisms to form a whole. The set data can be modified through the touch screen to meet the needs of different customers for the speed of the bottle unscrambler, The machine can change the varieties as long as the turntable in the unscrambler barrel is replaced, and other parts can be adjusted freely. The whole machine is made according to GMP standard requirements, using 304 stainless steel and alloy aluminum as the main manufacturing materials. The whole machine is beautiful and elegant, with high work efficiency, and can adapt to work in various environments.
The operation of automatic bottle unscrambler
Step1: This machine is to first add empty bottles into the bottle storage bin of the bottle loading machine, and the bottle loading machine automatically sends the bottle lifting material to the bottle sorting barrel according to the number of bottles in the bottle sorting barrel.
Step2: The turntable in the unscrambler barrel rotates the bottles to the station slot for arrangement. (When a small part of the bottles do not enter the station according to the rules, there is a web wheel in the bottle sorting barrel to clear the bottles out of the station and rearrange them)
Step3: The bottles coming out of the bottle unscrambler are arranged in a row and enter the bottle unscrambler reversing wheel through the push wheel so that the bottle mouth of the bottle is arranged in one direction.
Step4: bottles are delivered to the bottle stand mechanism through the synchronous belt and stand up.
Step5: The bottles are smoothly transferred to the conveyor belt and enter the filling machine for filling through the synchronous belt at the same speed as the conveyor belt.

After passing through the bottle separating part, the bottle will go into the bottle sorting turnplate, please see the below picture (the outlet bottle from the hopper will be 2 directions: bottle mouth is forward or backward), and the turnplate will clamp the bottle and pass through the bottle reorganizing device to make all bottle’s mouth to backward, to meet the follow-up requirement.
