Adjustment steps of automatic capping machine
1.Operation panel settings
The motor of this capping machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. For each operation button and switch, see the instrument panel of the electrical box.
2.Stop button
Press the red mushroom stop button to stop the machine. All operations will stop.
NOTE: This button is locked in the OFF position. To restart, please turn the stop button clockwise first, if the stop button is in the locked position, the machine cannot be started.
3.Power button
Before pressing the green power button, make sure you have followed the relevant safety regulations. After the power-on button is pressed, the green indicator light in the button is on.
4.Motor
The drive motor of this machine is a variable frequency speed regulating motor, and the motor itself has a reducer part.
5.Height adjustment of capping head
The height of the capping head is determined by the height of the container (after capping). To adjust the height of the ruler (near the third set of capping heads), first turn the ruler to the vertical position, then insert the handle wheel into the pin-shaped button on the right side of the capping machine, and adjust the capping head to the appropriate height.
6.Adjust the distance between the capping heads
Loosen the hand-screw fixing button in front of the capping head, and then turn the knurled adjustment knob inside the fixing knob according to the size of the bottle cap to change the distance between the front and rear capping heads. Tighten the knob.
7.Install the cap plate
To replace the capping plate, simply remove the retaining nut located just below the capping disc protective sleeve. When the front side of the capping disc is excessively worn, the reverse side can continue to be used, so that the service life of the capping disc can be doubled.
8.Adjusting the conveyor guides
Put a small amount of containers on the conveyor, loosen the black knob on the guide rod, and maintain a distance of about 3.2mm between the fence and the container when adjusting according to the size of the container, up and down, left and right, to prevent the container from being stuck. Note: Do not let the fence touch the bottle feeding belt, so as not to damage the surface.
