1. Filling nozzle
The filling nozzle is lengthened, which can sneak into the bottom of the bottle for filling and rise at the same time to prevent bubbles.
2. Easy to adjust specifications
The adjustment position adopts engraved scale or equipped with digital display, which is convenient for adjustment; Specification adjustment can be realized without tools.
3. Part of filling hopper
- The connectors are of quick clamping type, which is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.
- All pipe joints are equipped with anti drip gaskets to avoid liquid dripping and ensure long service life without infiltration.
- This filling machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP. Easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.
4. Energy part
- The energy part of the filling machine adopts twin-screw power transmission system; Ensure that the piston cylinder works stably. Servo system (variable speed motor + encoder) control or direct control of servo motor to ensure the adjustability of measurement.
- The filling machine adopts double screw and double linear guide rail to ensure the stability of measurement.
5. Piston fall off piston cylinder
In view of the difficulties of piston cylinder cleaning and sealing ring replacement, our company has designed a new type of filling machine with full-automatic cleaning system. Before cleaning or replacing materials, the piston can automatically fall off and return to the piston cylinder through man-machine interface operation. Then the remaining material will flow into the recovery platform by gravity, saving manual cleaning time.
