At present, the most suitable oil filling machine known in the industry is a flow meter type edible oil filling machine. The flow meter is a multi-head oil filling machine with a metering method. The oil filling and conveying part mainly includes an oil storage tank and An oil pump and an oil separator for more than one minute. The number of oil outlets of the oil separator is equal to the number of filling heads of the filling machine, and each oil outlet is connected to the same oil pipeline.
The components in the pipeline mainly include flow meters and filling heads. When the filling machine is turned on, the filling heads in the multiple oil pipelines are first opened, and the oil pumps rotate at the same time to pump the oil from the oil storage tank and enter the oil separator through the oil pump. After the oil separator is divided, the oil is separated from the oil. The multiple oil outlets of the device flow out, enter each oil pipeline, pass the flow meter in the oil pipeline, and finally flow out from the filling head and enter the filling container. When the metered value of the flowmeter in a certain oil pipeline reaches a preset value, the control system closes the filling head of this pipeline. When the last filling head is closed, the oil pump is turned off, indicating that the filling of this group is completed. There is a problem with the oil conveying method of this filling machine, that is, during the filling process, the oil pressure in the oil separator is unstable, and problems such as inaccurate flowmeter measurement and oil splashing will occur.
However, due to the different positional relationship between the oil inlet of the oil separator and each oil outlet, the pressure loss of the oil from the oil inlet to each oil outlet is different, so the flow rate of the oil to each oil pipeline is not equal; then, The filling time required for each filling head is different. First, when the filling valve is closed and the filling is completed, the oil pressure in the oil separator will suddenly increase, and the flow rate of the oil in the oil pipeline will increase accordingly. At the moment when each filling valve is closed, it will cause a sudden increase in the flow rate of the oil in the other pipelines that have not been filled, resulting in inaccurate measurement of the flowmeters in these pipelines; and the last closed filling valve Since the oil flow rate is the fastest, if the container is required to be filled very full, the oil will splash out.
To solve the shortcomings of this technology, we independently developed a single head single pump single frequency conversion flowmeter type filling machine.

The oil separator of the original filling machine is removed, and each filling head provides an independent delivery system. In the actual measurement, the single-head single-pump filling system is a set of control systems that can operate independently because each filling head is a set of control systems. Customers can flexibly set the number of filling heads they need to use according to their output. Each filling head does not affect the other, and will not affect the filling operation of the whole machine because one of the filling heads needs maintenance. (Any filling head can be closed with one key, and the number of filling heads left after the program is closed by default will continue to work).
Moreover, the pipeline pressure is more stable during the filling process, and it will not cause excessive measurement error fluctuations or oil splashing due to the final pressure concentration of the traditional flowmeter type filling machine when the filling head is closed late; The single frequency conversion method of the pump ensures a filling accuracy of 1‰ and an increase of 20%-35% of the filling speed.
