The laundry liquid filling machine is widely used in the packaging equipment of the current agrochemical industry. No filling during automatic operation
Trouble phenomenon: After starting the laundry detergent filling machine, the bottle will not be filled after the bottle is in place.
Possible reasons for the failure:
The wrong position of the lower limit photoelectric in the dive; damage of the photoelectric in the lower limit; wrong equipment parameter setting; the photoelectric in the bottle is not aligned with the bottle; the material level filling function is turned on and the material level is not reached; the bottle is jammed The cylinder is not shot.
Solution steps and methods:
When the dive function is turned on during automatic operation, check the lower limit photoelectric and the position of the photoelectric. When the dive cylinder drops to a very low position, move the photoelectric at the lower limit of the dive to ensure the photoelectric at the lower limit of the dive The indicator light is on. If the photoelectric indicator cannot be turned on, you need to check whether the relevant line of the lower limit photoelectricity is normal. If the line is normal, the photoelectricity has been damaged and the photoelectricity needs to be replaced.
- During automatic operation, check whether the parameters in the touch screen are set incorrectly-check whether the number of filling heads in the parameter setting is set correctly; check whether the buffer filling volume is set to exceed the target filling volume; check whether the initial filling delay time is set too long; Check whether the filling capacity is set on the filling measurement page.
- In automatic operation, after the action is in place, check whether there is a bottle blocking the bottle-in photoelectricity-adjust the position of the bottle-in photoelectric switch to ensure that the bottle-in photoelectricity is blocked during automatic operation.
- Check the alarm interface, whether the lower limit of the liquid level has alarmed-if it does not alarm, check whether the material level of the material tank is sufficient, if it is not sufficient, check whether the circuit of the liquid level detector is abnormal, if the circuit is normal, check whether the corresponding contact of the PLC is Damaged. If the PLC contacts are normal, the liquid level detector is damaged.
- Check whether the cylinder of the stuck bottle is shot after the automatic operation is in place. If the stuck bottle cylinder is not ejected, manually check whether the stuck bottle valve is working. If the contact is normal, the valve body is damaged.
