Operation method

1. Check before use: Before starting the machine, make sure that the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the 380V power supply and the ground wire of the machine chassis. Make sure that the air pressure on the filling machine is 0.05~0.07Mpa. Check whether each motor, bearing, etc. needs to be lubricated. It is strictly forbidden to run without oil. The filling machine can be started only after normal operation. At the same time, observe whether there are material chainplates in all liquid storage tanks.

(3)Are the water, power, and gas sources connected to all liquid storage tanks?

Check whether the water source, power supply, and gas source are connected and whether the fasteners in each part are loose, and can only be used normally after the operation of each part is stable.

2. Check whether the safety facilities are functioning properly. Make sure that the valve of the reaction tank and the pipeline of the filter unit are tightly connected, the filter cloth of the filter unit is intact, and the cover is covered with the tightening bolts to ensure that there is no leakage under the packaging pressure. Check all the connection lines related to the filling machine to ensure that there are no broken skins and no short circuits or other faults.

3. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether all the water tanks have water, whether the chainplates are stuck, whether there are sundries on the conveyor belt, whether there are bottle caps in the storage cover box, whether the water source, power supply, and gas source are connected, and prepare for various conditions. After that, turn on the main power QF, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator and emergency stop indicator are not on, then the starting conditions are met, press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling place, and the buzzer will sound three times. After the warning, the whole machine starts running and enters the fully automatic working mode of external washing, flushing, and filling. When the machine stops, press the stop button at the filling place and the control box. After stopping, the main power should be turned off. ‍

Use safety rules

1. There are no foreign objects (such as tools, rags, etc.) in the filling machine equipment;

2. Those with long hair should wear a hair mask;

3. All protective objects should be safe and reliable, and it is strictly forbidden to wear clothes that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.);

4. The filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal noise. If there is, it should be stopped immediately and the reason should be checked;

5. Do not clean the electrical unit with water and other liquids;

6. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. when cleaning, and do a good job of protection;

7. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it, and do not use tools or other objects to approach the machine;

8. Do not allow personnel unrelated to the operation to approach the equipment. ‍

Maintenance of filling machines

1. Regular inspection and maintenance: Pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed control valves, and electrical parts should be inspected every month. The inspection method can be checked by manual adjustment to check the quality and reliability of the action. The cylinder mainly checks for air leakage and jamming. The solenoid valve can be manually forced to act to determine whether the solenoid coil is burned and the valve is blocked. The electrical part may pass the input and output signals. The indicator light is used for verification, such as checking whether the switching element is damaged, whether the line is disconnected, and whether each output element is working normally.

 

2. Precautions for daily maintenance: whether the motor is running normally, whether the installation environment is normal, whether the cooling system is abnormal, whether there is abnormal vibration, abnormal sound; whether there is abnormal overheating or discoloration. ‍
