The Filling machine precaution
- Do not install the filling machine in direct sunlight, especially the control instrument part, and avoid sudden temperature changes and strong mechanical vibration.
- After the machine is unpacked, first check whether the random technical data is complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to solve it in time.
- Install and adjust the feeding and discharging components according to the outline drawings in this manual.
- Add new lubricating oil to each lubricating point.
- Use the crank handle to turn the machine to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise when facing the main shaft of the motor). The machine must be protected and grounded.
- When the temperature is about 20ā and the relative humidity is about 50%, the instrument is in the best working condition.
- It is strictly forbidden to connect the ground wire of this equipment with the ground wires of other equipment.
- The ground terminal of the meter must be connected to the ground reliably, otherwise the meter reading may be unstable.
- Do not touch the weighing tray with the side of the machine.
- Adjust the level of the weighing tray; when filling, the filling head should not touch the barrel wall.
