But there are also some problems in the canning process, which need to be understood.
Precautions for the canning process
(1) Accuracy in the filling process: mainly determined by the filling volume, filling speed, and the opening speed of the upper and lower valves, and the switching speed of the upper and lower valves is related to the viscosity of the product. The greater the viscosity, the slower the valve switching speed, and conversely, the smaller the viscosity, the faster the valve opening speed.
(2) Valve spring pressure: should be determined by trial filling measurement and operator experience.
(3) Valve switching speed: mainly adjust the spring pressure of the valve, the spring pressure increases, the opening speed of the valve is accelerated.
(4) Power supply inspection: turn off the power, check whether it is a line problem, check the fuse; Check whether there is a power supply in the switching power supply part; Check whether the connection between the machine’s touch screen and the PLC communication line is intact.
(5) Overall inspection: check whether the nozzle is closed; Check whether the air pressure is normal and whether the injection cylinder and cylinder are leaking; The material reaches a minimum and is not enough to fill the corresponding container.
Filling machine common problems solved
(1) Filling volume: When filling large-sized products, the filling tank is insufficient to cause unstable liquid level, you can increase the feeding amount or re-close the ball valve above the filling head, reset the filling time, extend the filling time, and slow down the filling speed to solve.
(2) After adjusting the digital dialing code or unit, the time does not change, then turn off the power and turn on the power again.
(3) The liquid level is stable, but the filling volume of the liquid filling machine is not accurate: see if there are debris blocking the filling channel of the beverage machinery, mainly at the entrance of the trough or in the filling nozzle, check and clean up.
(4) There is dripping after the equipment is closed: the filling machine filling nozzle orifice may be damaged, and the filling nozzle can be taken out to trim the orifice. After repairing the aperture, gently smooth the orifice plane on water-frosted paper. The ball valve in the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.
(5) No filling: first check whether there is air pressure or whether the air pressure is too low; It may also be that the solenoid valve coil of the liquid filling machine is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by stolen goods, you can unplug the power supply, open the plate, and rotate the button. If the valve can be reversed, it means that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If it cannot be reversed, the valve spool is stuck, and the solenoid valve coil can be replaced or the valve can be disassembled for repair.
The solution is to detect the load signal of the sensor and the connection line or host first, and then detect the power supply bridge and amplification circuit or computer output display circuit.
