The filling machine is mainly a small type of product in the packaging machine. From the perspective of packaging materials, it can be divided into liquid filling machines, paste filling machines, powder filling machines, and particle filling machines. In terms of production automation, it is divided into the semi-automatic filling machine and fully automatic filling production line. In order to promote the faster development of the filling machinery industry, my country has successively established some filling machine management agencies and industry organizations. A filling machine is a kind of packaging machinery, which is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries. The use of filling machines can not only improve labor productivity, reduce product losses, and ensure packaging quality, but also reduce the mutual pollution of the production environment and the materials being filled. Therefore, the modern packaging industry generally uses mechanized filling machines. The filling machine mainly consists of three parts from the structure: the storage tank, the filling host, and the frequency conversion speed control conveyor belt part.
Filling method of the filling machine:
(1) Atmospheric pressure method is also called the pure gravity method, that is, under normal pressure, the liquid material flows into the packaging container by its own weight. Most of the free-flowing non-gas liquid materials can be filled with this method, such as liquor, fruit wine, milk, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.
(2) Isobaric method is also called the pressure-gravity filling method, that is, under the condition of higher than atmospheric pressure, the packaging container is first inflated to form an air pressure equal to that in the liquid storage tank, and then rely on being filled. The weight of the liquid material flows into the packaging container. This method is commonly used for filling carbonated beverages, such as beer, soda, sparkling wine, etc. Using this method of filling can reduce the loss of CO2 contained in such products and prevent excessive foaming during the filling process, which affects product quality and quantitative accuracy.
(3) Pressure method Use mechanical pressure or air pressure to squeeze the material to be filled into the packaging container. This method is mainly used for filling thick materials with high viscosity, such as filling tomato sauce, minced meat, toothpaste, balsam, etc. Sometimes it can also be used to fill soft drinks such as soda. At this time, the air pressure of the soda is directly poured into the unfilled isobaric bottle, thereby increasing the filling speed. The foam formed is easy to disappear because there is no colloid in the soda. Has a certain impact on the filling quality.
(4) Vacuum method The vacuum method is used for filling under the condition of lower than atmospheric pressure, which can be carried out in two ways:
- The pressure difference vacuum type means that the liquid storage tank is at normal pressure, and only the packaging container is pumped to form a vacuum. The liquid material flows through the pressure difference between the liquid storage tank and the container to be filled to complete the filling. This method is more commonly used.
Gravity vacuum type means that the liquid storage tank is in a vacuum. The packaging container is first evacuated to form a vacuum equal to that in the liquid storage tank, and then the liquid material flows into the packaging container by its own weight. Due to the complex structure, there are fewer in China use. Vacuum filling has a wide range of applications, and it is suitable for filling liquid materials with a slightly higher viscosity, such as oils and syrups. It is also suitable for filling liquid materials containing vitamins, such as vegetable juice, fruit juice, etc. The formation of a vacuum in the bottle means that the contact between the liquid material and air is reduced, and the shelf life of the product is prolonged. The vacuum method is also suitable for filling poisonous materials. Materials, such as pesticides, reduce toxic gas spills and improve working conditions. The working principle of the filling machine. In summary, for all industries, their better development is inseparable from filling equipment such as filling machines and filling production lines. Take the filling machine as an example. Its successful development has solved the filling problem for the daily chemical and food industries, which not only better guarantees the product quality but also improves the production efficiency of the enterprise.
