Cases of uneven labeling
(1) Equipment application environmental reasons
Due to the humid application environment and long-term high temperature work, the header is loose and the labeling is inaccurate. Solution: The mechanical equipment should work at room temperature, fix the header and adjust the base. So as to avoid shaking, the equipment is carried out in an orderly manner.
(2) Electrical reasons
① Common are: the transmission does not rotate or blindly rotates can be solved by checking the fastening and rotating accessories, and the double-sided labeling machine is operating normally
②The stop meter is not accurate, the solution: reset the target electric eye parameters, and safely carry out it after stopping the labeling machine work
③ The measurement object is not accurate, the solution: adjust the electric eye and amplifier of the test object to make it accurate and neat.
The condition of the labeling machine
(1) Try to use soft label materials, good label ductility will also greatly improve the warping label;
(2) Increase the viscosity of the label: For this method, the first is to improve the surface quality of the hose to be attached. In fact, the surface of many products is relatively varnished, coupled with the exudation of the contents, micropores in the pipe wall, etc. will cause warping. The second is to control the labeling pressure of the label during the labeling process. Also remember to control the temperature during the labeling process, the temperature increases, the activity of the internal substance will also increase, which can increase the viscosity of the label.
(3) Change the shape of the label: the operator can make the bottom end of the label into an arc and try to avoid the tail deformation area. The arc should not be too deep, which will wrinkle the label and add unnecessary trouble. For special-shaped tail sealing, the shape of the label needs to be changed accordingly, which can not only avoid warping the mark, but also increase the aesthetics.
(4) Eliminate the influence of static electricity: The labeling process of the double-sided labeling machine is easy to generate static electricity, which will have an adverse impact on the labeling effect. The humidity at the labeling site can be appropriately increased, and the use of ion fans is also an effective solution.
