The application of labeling machine

（2）Daily chemical industry. The application of the daily chemical industry often changes with each passing day due to the changing shape of the container. The soft-bodied plastic container and the “no-label visual perception” also increase the difficulty of labeling accuracy and air bubble removal control.
（3） Food industry. The competition in the food manufacturing industry is fierce, and multi-layer labels provide manufacturers with more space for publicity and promotion, and also pose new challenges for the design of labeling machines.
（4）Card making industry. The card making industry needs to verify and cover the password while printing the password at high speed in the card making process. However, covering the password with the traditional silk screen or hot stamping method is often the bottleneck of production. At present, designers are boldly trying to design a card production line that integrates coding, testing, and labeling to replace silk screen printing with labeling. Effectively meet the changing production needs of users.
（5）Pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a big user of automatic labeling, and has high requirements for speed. The design of the labeling machine should take into account the integration of the process before and after labeling, and provide additional functions such as light inspection before labeling and automatic human bottle holder after labeling. .
（6）Petrochemical industry. The petrochemical industry often needs to stick product labels on containers such as large barrels and large bottles, and the required speed and accuracy are relatively loose. However, due to the large labels, the power requirements for the labeling machine are relatively high, and large-area labels are attached to the curved surface. , or when labeling the line with uneven speed, keeping the label to show that the flatness is also the designer’s concern.
（7）Battery industry. The battery manufacturing industry has widely used automatic labeling machines for roll-to-roll shrink labels. The labeling machine is required to be able to operate at high speed while ensuring that the interface of the label is flat, taking into account the prevention of short circuits, and at the same time providing the function of label shrinkage.
